Hi, I’m Jack! With nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I am deeply passionate about physical fitness. I hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and have dedicated myself to mastering the art of effective training. Throughout my journey, I’ve followed a comprehensive training program that includes both cardiovascular and resistance training, focusing on building muscle mass and enhancing endurance. I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients aiming for weight loss and have studied various methods to determine what truly works best. My approach is tailored to each individual, ensuring I grasp their specific requirements and aspirations.
